Marching Band Registration & Fees
Please review the information below carefully, then select the appropriate registration page from the links provided.
Registration Instructions:
- New members, do NOT use a school district email address. Many districts block all outside emails.
- Returning members AND parents, use the SAME email address you have already used to sign in to BoosterHub. This will prevent redundant accounts in your name
- Each student AND parent/guardian needs a unique email address. In the Student registration area, you should input the STUDENT'S email address and phone (not the parents)
- You must register at least one parent or guardian
- After you have filled in at least the required fields, scroll down and click COMPLETE REGISTRATION
- To register a second student, start here again.
- The email address you registered with will receive a confirmation email that you MUST accept in order for your registration to be complete.

Returning Member - Instrumentalist
Fees:
The actual cost for marching band participation is $1,200 per student. Through the fundraising efforts of the Rincon University Marching Band Association (RUMBA), EVERY student is offered a $600 scholarship.
- If you accept the scholarship: the remaining $600 balance will be invoiced to your Booster Hub account.
- If you decline the scholarship: the full $1,200 amount will be invoiced, and the $600 scholarship will be redirected to support our needs-based scholarship program.
Invoices may be paid in full at any time after registration, but all balances are due by June 1st.
Families who need flexibility may request a payment plan using this link.
What’s Included in the Fee
This all-inclusive fee covers:
- Band camp (including meals)
- Instructional staff and show design (props, music writing, licensing, etc.)
- Show apparel (shirts, marching shoes, gloves)
- Guard equipment and uniforms
- Rental of select school-owned instruments
- Equipment and instrument maintenance
- Vehicle and trailer maintenance
- Concert-related expenses (music, folders, etc.)
- Administrative and operational costs
Please note:
- There is no discount if band camp is not attended
- Meals during the marching season are not included
